1-9-2013-Till Now Camp In Charge, AMWAJ Global Village RLC”LGV”
LGV is the biggest village in all over Qatar with capacity oh 47000 staff including 11 camp with 52 nationality and it has all the available facilities such as “Recreation-Catering-Security-Safety-First Aid”, the village was managed by shell but AMWAJ took over the management of the village at the end of 2012 to manage all of the up mentioned facilities.
The camp is occupied by more than 35 companies who are working in oil & gas field as contractor/sub contractor to QP or Shell Company.
Responsibilities
•Managing all the general services facilities such as “Housekeeping-Accommodation-Laundry-Maintenance-Recreation”, in addition to the utilities and land escaping duties.
•Managing other available facilities such as, First Aid, Catering Facilities, and safety Facility.
•Managing all the logistics duties entire the Village as “Logistics plan - Future implementation plan and Risk Management plan.
•Managing the inventory management system for all the stores in the camp as “Maintenance store-Recreation-Housekeeping-Accommodation” with sorting all the items by category and sub category with serial numbers to control the receiving and issuance.
•Manage the transportation with all the required reports to analyze it for the top management such as” Fuel consumptions - Tires Store - spare parts monthly cost, Monthly transportation cost, Man power requirements” in addition to follow the daily operation as “Istimara Renewal - Insurance - Accidents records - Violations - Vehicles Replacement - Drivers RP renewal - Fleet Management System, vehicle & driver master list update”.
•Coordinate with financial and legal department for room’s reservation and new Follow up with QHSE for the safety and Hygiene purposes for the camp and catering facilities as well.
•Create all the required mobilizations plans with the action plan and responsibilities.
•Managing all the utilities facility by daily/weekly/monthly wise to control the portable water, generators, and swages, coordinating with the utilities engineer.
•Create the monthly performance report for all the operation activities in the camp with the final percentage.
•Create the required layout for IT & planning requirements.
•Check the daily occupancy report for financial purpose and future planning as well.
•Create camp manual including all the procedures and regulations and camp induction for he new residents to be presented on the arrival date.

1-1-2013 - 30-8-2013 Mobilization In Charge, Hyundai Camp Mesaied,
Hyundai Camp is allocated in Mesaied with total capacity of 6500 staff and it has almost of the facilities such as “Recreation-Catering-Security-Safety-First Aid”, and it is only occupied by AMWAJ staff
Responsibilities
Mobilization Period. 1/1/2013 - 1/3/2013
•Follow up the take over of the camp with Hyundai company and QP for the assets list and the take over requirements.
•Coordinate between QP & AMWAJ to open new 4 kitchens and 8 mess halls to submit all the required documents.
•Create the mobilization requirements plan & camp action plan with the date line for the entire concern department.
•Prepare all the require PRF “purchasing request form” for all the required items & equipments for the accommodation, maintenance and land escaping.
•Prepare all the rooms ready to be occupied with all the housekeeping, maintenance and set up work.
•Follow up the fire alarm system installation coordinating with QHSE and technical departments.
•Attend all the QP meetings which is related to the camp.
•Allocate all AMWAJ staff in Doha & Mesaied Sector with in the camp rooms by category wise.
•Create the camp regulations and procedures to be followed for the future.
