• Led and coordinated sales blitz’s and telethons to promote & sell the business

Hatta Fort Hotel
• Tasked with overseeing daily operations in Rooms and F&B Departments, reporting directly to hotel GM
• Ensured the highest level of operational efficiency and guest service by introducing new SOP’s in both
Rooms and F&B divisions; trained team members on new standards, resulting in improved reviews and
increased customer retention; auditing and continuous improvement of new SOP’s
• Developed & launched concept of a new sheesha lounge/bar; managed launch of the outlet from
opening; broke even in less than 3 months
• Led the HACCP program initiative to successfully meet new health and safety standards through retraining
of staff and consistent quality checks
Ensure the highest standards in customer service when directing daily Front Office
operations as the Manager on Duty; handled celebrity/VIP guests to guarantee privacy
• Housekeeping: Directed daily operations as the Manager on Duty - trained with detail inspections,
associate & guest relations, inventory and scheduling
