• Successfully conducted and completed the Business Unit (BU) budgeting exercise for 2014 and 2015 for all direct and indirect costs
• Designed and developed the operational plan for sales whereby the segment level targets were defined based on newly implemented verticalized segments
• Prepared the BU collection plan and targets for 2015 for the collection team based on the bad debt and cash flow analysis

• Conducting the annual budget preparation and approval exercise for complete Business Unit of Mobily
• Preparing the sales operation plan
• Preparing the BU Product level KPIs and evaluating its performance on periodic basis
• Quarterly reporting of Business Unit achievements to Etisalat Group
• Analyzing the Saudi Arabian ICT Market, its dynamics, major players, competitive analysis, and opportunities for Mobily to become an integrated ICT player
• End to end project management for the assigned on going and ad hoc projects
• Monitoring and analyzing pre and post-execution data of promotional campaigns and formulating future action plan accordingly
• Member of the BU Business Innovation Board and actively involved in Mobily Innovate Your World Program

Achievements:
• Successfully conducted primary and secondary research “Customer Feedback Program” by visiting 19 ICAP trading lounges in Riyadh and held in depth interviews with customers. Received appreciation from Head of Marketing and CEO on the success of the program and the suggestions put forward
• Redeveloped and redesigned the Account Opening Term and Conditions contract
• Revamped the Alitithmar Capital IVR script and navigation, account opening and activity based trading text message scripts
