Responsibility
1. Supervising all activities of( production, stores.accounte.purchesing. (... including preparation of product specification sheets for all planned products, assurance of the right and professional implementing of the production plan as well as keeping all production line machines well maintained and in a good running condition.
2. Control of raw materials issuance & transfer from stores to production line as well as control of product delivery to the relevant stores.
3. Control of the implementation of (ERP), program system to control, secure and save all inventories, production…….. Procedures for each order in the most right way to yield all the relevant reports.( costing, yield and efficiency).
4. Optimizing all sections procedures & conditions in order to achieve the ultimate achievable economic productivity. .
5. Training of department employees (either via seminars or on job training) and keen guidance to the optimum output activity.
6. Preparing (production plans and sales) by arrangement with general manager. Production manager and marketing &sales manager.
7. Developing amending of production line to enhance productivity and for more soft production processing.
8. Planning for routine and preventive maintenance of the entire facility, including
Buildings, Q.C.aparatuses, utility equipment’s, fire alarm&fighiting systems and
Emergency Gen. Set.
9. Handling all formal & governmental correspondences regarding, custom clearance, exemptions for imported raw materials, environmental certification,
Civil defense approvals, municipal services and all other related correspondences.
10. responsibility is to oversee the implementation of the decisions of the management

1) planning and organizing production schedules (65 injection m\c&750 molds& 10 branches and 750 products )
2) assessing schedule and resource requirements” 120 worker&100 master batches and 750 products “
3) estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and time scales with clients and managers
4) ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
5) determining quality control standards
6) overseeing production processes
7) re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
8) selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

Operation Manager “Roles And Responsibilities”
1) ensures that all the machinery and equipment used have the ability to produce goods and services for the client at an acceptable standard “ production lines & dryers rooms & molds and workshop machinery “
2) coordinates with the quality assurance personnel to ensure that the blocks meet an acceptable standard and generates positive feedback from clients.
3) interact with the employees
4) prepare reports on the current condition of production lines, orders and workers
5) tack action to decide on the next course of action
6) coordinate with the finance department to obtain the necessary approval for the budget
7) manager ensures that quality equipment’s and materials are procured within the budget.
8) chalking out the overall operational policy for the factories “ three and new” and determine the types of equipment’s needed to fulfill the organizational quality policy
9) formulate suggestions on how to make an optimum use of the resources of the organization “ shelves on the dryers rooms & machinery on workshop &belts & crusher & loading cars & dies “
10) plays a vital role in maximizing the output of the various support services such machinery, production line, finance, HR and reduce the defects.
Manufacturing Manager “Roles And Responsibilities”
1) Develops, evaluates and improves manufacturing methods.” Film\cutting\printing”
2) Creates assembly instructions for new products to be manufactured and spare parts .manufacturing in workshop inside the F\C and outside the F\C.
3) Establishes customer and internal engineering change orders (ECOs), processes and incorporates the changes, and insures changes become effective.
4) Establishes the processes and routings to handle discrepant material, returned products (RMAs), and internal jobs to be reworked.
5) Studies and records time, motion, methods and speed involved in performance of production and other worker operations to establish standard production rates and to improve efficiencies. Institutes changes in the production processes and/or recommends adjustments to product pricing.
6) Performs engineering activities in compliance with established company and manufacturing standards, engineering principles, customer requirements, and related specifications.
7) Confers with customers and engineering staff concerning product design and tooling to insure efficient production methods.
8) Confers with vendors to determine part specifications and recommends the purchase of equipment and materials used in manufacturing and production.
9) Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes. Other duties may be assigned
