As Snr.service desk agent responsible to support and guide the onsite engineer for any related desktop/laptop, network devices, software, and any oriented IT-incident facing the airline employee (client). Supports are provided according to ITIL and ISO standards which will maximize the business profit by improving the service efficiency by the best use of the available resource to satisfy the customer within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Guide and support the site engineer for any IT oriented technical incident (Desktop, laptop, network infrastructure devices, software, printers )
• Monitor the daily operation and the delivered IT-service to the customers (such as British Airway, Singapore Airline, Eurocontrol) using the appropriate monitoring tools.
• Project implementation technical and follow up support either new system or system upgrade.
• Business process improvement by analyzing the repeated incident and developing the Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Saudi Telecom Company (STC) PSTN upgrading project, this project aims to migrate the ordinary PSTN grid to the new generation of PSTN infrastructure using a GIS engineering tool such as the Network Engineer application. This migration provides more flexibility, integrity and eases of access on the network by the operator and allows him to find special relationship between the network equipment on the PSTN grid
Vendor’s Method of Procedure (Huawei, Semeins, Lucent, Alcatel, and Cisco), site surveys, and other technique have been used to collect the network details and to ensure accurate and realistic information are shown to ensure the appropriate upgrading solution will be implemented in the next phase.
