- Preparing an annual business plan for each Product.
- Setting annual turnover with the foreign suppliers.
- Submitting product analysis quarterly.
- Setting products’ pricing and discount policies.
- Monitoring and updating the products’ data base on the company’s
system.
- Successful management of orders and stock, providing the market
demand, yet avoiding overstocking problems.
- Holding correspondences with foreign suppliers concerning all
related tasks, seeking potential products for the local market
- Conducting mystery shopping and market survey to generate
competitors’ analysis on regular basis.
- Holding periodic technical training sessions internally and
externally.
- Technical support for sales staff.
- Preparing and updating the specification sheets for each product.
- Liquidating the value of old stock, obsolete and slow moving
products through pushing sales promotions into the market.
