6. Prepares and coordinates all accident reports and worker's compensation reports. Handles follow-up insurance and worker's compensation claims. Handles return-to-work and disability slips.
7. Assists and supports department managers and all employees regarding personnel issues. Answers employee questions regarding personnel policies, procedures and benefits; researches and disseminates topical or timely information to managers and/or employees on personnel issues. Capable of being close to these people, understand their needs and design programs for them.
8. Establishes and maintains personnel records and reports; maintains company organization charts and employee directory.

Job Objective :
