Job Description:
• Guide and direct all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, coaching, compensation &
benefits, health & safety, performance management & succession planning
• Ensure recruitment of high caliber Employees to help achieve the business targets, within budgeted
staffing plans
• Provide functional direction and ensure compliance of all legal requirements
• Provide a sounding board for colleague concerns, mediating solutions and initiating changes as needed
• Provide direction, coaching and counseling on Human Resources issues such as performance
management and Employee relations
• Maintain high level of colleague satisfaction and team spirit, through active support,
direction and participation with Hotel core committees
• Maintain a high level of effectiveness communication throughout the Hotel
• Establish and implement annual objectives, budget and programs for the Human Resources
Department in conjunction with the hotel’s strategic plan
• Foster a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and Employee morale
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment
• Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
4 Star hotel with 290 rooms, 4 outlets, 5 meeting rooms and a rooftop pool located in Riyadh Olya road, Al Muruj district.
Job Description:

➢ Organization and Classification (Updating or creating company forms, modifying or creating new
polices & procedure, arranging the personnel files with required document)
➢ Recruitment (maintaining the man power and hiring according to budget, reducing the turn over
and reaching the saudization percentage required by labor law)
➢ Training (Preparing training plan for the staff & development plan)
➢ Arranging Social programs for the hotel
➢ Government Relation In charge (Residence & work permit renewal, issuing exit reentry for the
staff, sponsorship change, etc…)
➢ Preparing the medical insurance for the staff
➢ Employee Relation (solving & following up Employees issues etc…
