Managing and directing the Industrial sector for Lactalis Austral Africa region which is consist of 4 countries Zambia, Botswana, Eswatini and Mozambique.
The main mission is to run the business and take the acquisition of Parmalat to the global Lactalis standard

1- Establishing, Developing Supplier Quality Assurance .
2- Centralizing Spare parts warehouse between 4 countries saved held cash of 8 Millions South African Randle
Leading the new facility of Alnseem Dairy Operations for UHT & Juice Hot fill
Establishing Expansion plan for Aseptic and Long Life Products manufacturing .
The tasks are to lead the company's long-life Dairy & Juice products factory in aspects:-
1- Production and maintenance directly
2- Quality through approved specifications and standards
3. Develop the working team.
4. Raising productivity and optimum utilization of equipment.
5- Company Innovations and new products.
Achievements during the first year
1- Increasing equipment efficiency with 15% to an average of 82%.
2 - Achieve production targets by 98% of the annual target with plan adherence of 96%.
3 - Reduce the consumption of production process of auxiliary materials and chemicals by 26%, accompanied by a reduction in consumption of energy sources by more than 18%.
4 - Raising the productivity of the individual by 17% manpower hourly productivity.
5 - Creating alternatives to overcome the lack of trained human element with specific skill through the internal training plan for individuals, which was one of the most important factors in achieving the objectives while raising the output of productive units, whether equipment or human.
6- Qualitative Subsidization not only quantitative from 26% to 39%.
7- Launch on time cooking cream product.
Rulling the manfacturing devision for the Group which is existing at tge Eastern Province NADA Dairy company
Leading a department which is responsible for all product availability for filling and packing with 75
leading a team of 75 person with direct reporting of 3 supervisors and a section head with a capacity of about
1500 tons per day using 6 pasteurizers and 5 UHT units with a large capacity of storage and mixing.
Achievements:
‐ Saving up to 30 Million L.E by reusing metal drums in pulp consumption instead of pelican pallets.
‐ Alternative system designing:
1‐ In-milk expansion project dis-incorporation of Deaerator by working with cream instead of AMF.
2‐ Achieving the targeted milk reception capacity in time, beating the challenge of water treatment plant delay
preventing installation of new milk pasteurizer by connecting the existing one to the new milk buffers increasing
its ability to receive 320 tons/day instead of 240 tons/day.
Juices&Milk Plant Faragallah Co.
Leading a plant with a capacity of 50 million packages per month with 13 TETRA PAK filling machines and 4
Juice pasteurizing units and @ UHT with 2 milk pasteurizers with a respected mixing capacity and 200
employees with 6 direct reporting.
Alternative and diverse technical solutions:
‐ Redesigning tetra pack equipment for water power saving, by recycling cooling water of deaerator saving 8
cubic meters per unit for working hour (1150, 000 L.E annual.
‐ Saving 22 million L.E worth of raw materials of SMP and on hold ✃inal product of Ghee from being written off
by incorporating in production with 30% and eliminating the need for working with grade B milk with low profile
specs. Cost of technical solution was that of few extra CIP solutions.
‐ Upgrading UHT (4 equipment) by revamping one device (with existing mechanical materials)
‐ Owner of OCR project Operation Cost Reduction with cooperation with Tetra Pak
‐ Owner of new Faragallah fully automated factory commissioning from scratch to turn key.
‐ Outlay design of plant, equipment selection.
‐ Loss reduction from 1.8% to 0.9% on three intervals.
‐ Accountable for managing major projects to drive improvement in production metrics.
‐ Examine profitability trends over product/process and compare to estimates during CAPEX budgeting.
‐ Short stoppage monitoring by dividing manufacturing site to 4 cells.
‐ Designing hierarchical structure for manufacturing to optimize human resources with existing human capital.
Faragallah for Dairy and Juices
Leading Milk production with a capacity of 250 tons per day and leading the total process of CO-Manufacturing
(production - quality - finance) and only single contact point for the CO-Manufacturing customer
Co‐manufacturing for Candia milk and Del Monte Juice & DANONE UHT Milk.
Job load was to be involved and a part of the decision committee for the production role with highly involvement

Owner of installation and commissioning of SIG Manzini for Juice processing & SIG Simonatizi for hot juice filling
and tomato paste jars. (Target achieved on scheduled time) glass bottles doy pack juices, pulp and
Concentrates, Jam, Tomato paste.
Target achieved by installing and running the factory starting with 1 line with 3 tons / hour capacity till:-
1- Another production line for juice hot filling with 5 tons / hour capacity.
2- Jam production line with capacity of 45 tons per day.
3- Doypak line multiplied to 3 lines producing juice and tomato paste.
I was honored to serve my country as a Signals Officer at an Air Defense Unite while I was Reporting technically ( doted line ) to the central leader of the Signals supporting department who was a Colonel & solid line to the Unite Operation Manager who is the actual leader of the unite during operations he was a Major. managing my small unite as a supporting signals unite serving, supporting & fulfilling the need of the Air Defense unite ( signals equipment liability, validity & OEE of the supporting signals small unite to the Air Defense unite ) with participating role of responsibility managing the Air Defense unite.
