Achievements:
‐ Saving up to 30 Million L.E by reusing metal drums in pulp consumption instead of pelican pallets.
‐ Alternative system designing:
1‐ In-milk expansion project dis-incorporation of Deaerator by working with cream instead of AMF.
2‐ Achieving the targeted milk reception capacity in time, beating the challenge of water treatment plant delay
preventing installation of new milk pasteurizer by connecting the existing one to the new milk buffers increasing
its ability to receive 320 tons/day instead of 240 tons/day.

Alternative and diverse technical solutions:
‐ Redesigning tetra pack equipment for water power saving, by recycling cooling water of deaerator saving 8
cubic meters per unit for working hour (1150, 000 L.E annual.
‐ Saving 22 million L.E worth of raw materials of SMP and on hold ✃inal product of Ghee from being written off
by incorporating in production with 30% and eliminating the need for working with grade B milk with low profile
specs. Cost of technical solution was that of few extra CIP solutions.
‐ Upgrading UHT (4 equipment) by revamping one device (with existing mechanical materials)
‐ Owner of OCR project Operation Cost Reduction with cooperation with Tetra Pak
‐ Owner of new Faragallah fully automated factory commissioning from scratch to turn key.
‐ Outlay design of plant, equipment selection.
‐ Loss reduction from 1.8% to 0.9% on three intervals.
‐ Accountable for managing major projects to drive improvement in production metrics.
‐ Examine profitability trends over product/process and compare to estimates during CAPEX budgeting.
‐ Short stoppage monitoring by dividing manufacturing site to 4 cells.
‐ Designing hierarchical structure for manufacturing to optimize human resources with existing human capital.
