• Welcome customers into the store; initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advise on the available products, recommend appropriate products; and promote cross selling with a view to meet the customers’ needs.
• Provide professional till point service to close the sale and offer the customers an overall enjoyable shopping experience. Maintain an up-to-date database of customers visiting the store.
• Merchandise goods prominently on the shop shelves & display units, replenishing stocks as often as required in conjunction with the Manager and merchandising team.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Manager for suitable resolution. Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events.
• Update product knowledge, follow latest trends to provide confident and relevant advice to customers and gather market intelligence to learn about competition / stay ahead of it.
• Maintain personal grooming as per the brand standards to represent a positive image. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Responsible for Change the Mannequins, Folding, Item transfer, Return, Discount, Reservation, EOD/BOD and visual merchandise according to brand instruction.
• Keeps all office record and communication systematically arranged. Prepare work permit from Mall management and Security Office., prepare weekly duty schedule and attend training for all the new staff.
