In this company I came as pre-opening team. My main job was to to meet and greet guests to communicate and assist guests with complains look for their safety in my section that was outdoor and provide them help on spot to reduce pressure on office. Lost and found, lost people and children, use of recovery items to provide information's and direction's was also my responsibility.I worked with VIP guests as assistance and to provide them all information's and help during their time in our perk some of VIP guest was prince and king of Maroko, royal families from UAE, famous actors, musicians, football players.
At this fashion store I worked from May 2012 my job description was a serving customers at the sales counter and offering face to face advice to customers on the stores products and processing returns, refunds as required in line with company procedures .Making sure that any item which is removed from a display column is replaced immediately after a sale. My job was also to ensure that all areas are clean and adhere to the company’s clear floor policy and Health and Safety requirements.
