Multi Million Dollar Project in Abu Dhabi by GULFEX (Dubai) and SENAAT (Abu Dhabi) to build the first Aluminium plant of its kind in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities in brief: Seven employees from Admin / HR team reporting to this position.
• Managed the project in early stages by setting up Admin & HR Department including policy & procedure.
• Monitoring quality assurance in human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and counseling employees; communicating job expectations, planning, appraising, and reviewing job descriptions.
• Coordinating with stakeholders training dept’s by conducting need analysis, interview managers on employee training needs, arrange training schedule as per requirement.
