1- Customer servicer
• Ensure customers' demands with existing products are meeting.
• Deals with counterparts to solve routine are non-routine queries and problems.
• Intimating and updating customers on information requirements as per current process.
• Liaise with various departments within the bank and resolve queries and problems.
2- Sales & service
• Be fully aware of the entire products range of bank products and tariff of charges.
• Source and promote sales in assigned branch against set financial target.
• Generate referrals and cross sell new and existing products.
• Bring new customer to the branch.
• Ensure that the monthly set target is met.
• Ensure approvals are in place prior to processing transactions.
• Conduct investigations to rectify errors establish/ clarify facts.
3- Sales coordination
• Forward error free account opening application to central Ops for further processing & ensure all instructions are executed the same day.
• Check and send complete error-free application to the respective departments.
• Refer customer problems, complains to customer service manager for decision, resolution or approval.
• Ensure team MIS is update and maintained on a daily basis
