• Serve as primary HR Operations & Compliance lead for all KSA contracts, managing the full employee lifecycle
from mobilization to demobilization across multi-site, multi-sector deployments.
• Own Nitaqat strategy and execution across all KSA Commercial Registrations actively maintaining and
improving Green/Platinum classification through structured Saudization roadmaps.
• Operate all KSA government HR portals as authorized account holder: Qiwa, GOSI (monthly invoicing +
additions/deletions), Mudad (WPS compliance), Muqeem, and COC maintaining consistent regulatory
compliance across all KSA government platforms.
• Lead end-to-end Tamheer program via TAQAT portal (advertising, CV screening, onboarding, placement,
completion clearance) and coordinate Fursati program with universities and business units.
• Govern payroll operations, overtime calculations, final settlements (EOSB), and TG payments in full alignment
with Saudi Labor Law and company financial controls.

(PPI) is a highly specialized pharmaceutical solutions provider to patients and healthcare specialists in Saudi Arabia, GCC and across the
world.

• Established the HR Operations function from the ground up for a critical national infrastructure project designed
policies, workflows, org structures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Saudi Labor Law.
• Built workforce administration system covering full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll
coordination, leave management, and separation processes.
• Maintained strong compliance on government portal transactions (GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad) for a mixed
national/expatriate workforce operating in a remote, high-security site environment.
• Developed manpower planning framework in coordination with project leadership to support operational ramp
up and contract delivery targets.
• Operated within a complex multinational joint venture structure comprising ACCIONA (Spain), Marubeni
(Japan), Abdul Latif Jameel, SWCC, and the National Water Company navigating and integrating multi-entity
governance, reporting lines, and HR coordination across all JV partners.
• Supported the mobilization and onboarding of a large cohort of Saudi engineers and operational personnel
during the greenfield startup phase, contributing to the projects rapid ramp-up to full production within 4 months
of commissioning.

• Led HR operations for a large-scale, multi-site hospitality and entertainment complex encompassing hotel
accommodations, resort facilities, cable car operations, and amusement attractions supporting a diverse, multi
nationality workforce across all operational sites.
• Drove Saudization strategy and sustained Green Nitaqat classification across all business units through
targeted nationalization initiatives.
• Implemented performance management cycles, structured onboarding programs, succession planning
frameworks, and employee engagement initiatives measurably reducing attrition.
• Designed compensation and benefits structures benchmarked to the hospitality sector while ensuring full KSA
regulatory compliance.
• Managed complete government portal operations for national and expatriate workforce, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem,
and medical insurance administration.

disruption including regional instability impacting Abha operations and the COVID-19 pandemic managing
workforce transitions affecting 150+ employees while ensuring strong Saudi Labor Law compliance.
• Managed the companys full transition to Wage Protection System (WPS) compliance and adapted HR
operations to evolving Ministry of Human Resources regulations during major regulatory and pandemic-driven
changes, ensuring business continuity throughout.
