Responsibilities:
My role is to analyse and gather all data related to Retail banking Services Dep. - Asset Products section and to be the BI champion of the Dep. in order to develop a good understanding of the business requirements and operations and ensure that the solution recommended are in line with the bank objectives to promote information usability.
Work Achievements:
- Developing and maintaining standards, ad-hoc reports related to all retail products and services
- Successfully Became the BI analytics reporting portal champion for retail banking division products
- Participated in Training the team on designing ad-hoc reports/queries & sharing knowledge with them.
- Effectively participating in setting the new strategies and work plans for segmentation by providing the required historical analysis and future forecasting
- Successfully worked in developing new models to improve discussion making such as propensity score & best next offer or product
Work Achievements:
- Actively participated in developing the new brand guideline of Riyad Bank
- Successfully initiated and supervised designing the new debit cards
- Introduced and developed new procedure of marketing campaign that activate the roles of branding
- Initiated new process of monitoring all communications that hold Riyad Bank name to be within band model and promise
- Successfully managed Riyad bank new website Photo shooting sessions
- Actively contributed in updating Content & tone of voice of Riyad Bank new website
- Monitored the consistency among Riyad Bank e-channels in term of Branding look & feel
Academic Achievements: ** In fall (2012 – 2013), Successfully completed my COOP report. Studied the factors customers use to evaluate the corporate reputation in the Saudi footwear industry under Dr. Robert Opoku, SPSS was professionally used in analyzing the data ** In 2011(second Semester), Conducted one of the best projects in Advertising and Promotion course about “maintaining an Integrated Marketing Communications campaign for Casa Juice Shop” under Dr. Saleh Al Shebil Additional courses: Successfully completed Human Behavior, E- Commerce and Industrial Psychology courses
