• Prepare solutions for network precautions and maintenance operations
• Prepare solutions for network changes requested from customer and evaluate the risks during and after the change

•Monitors all events that occur through the network to detect and evaluate the impact on the network using U200 and PRS system
•Creating Fault tickets for network issues using Remedy system
•Wireless and microwave problems troubleshooting and analyzing for the network
