“HR Business Associate”, (Center of Excellence) 2014 to Date

Responsibilities:
As part of Centre of Excellence (CoE), play the role of a strategist which liaisons with HR Business Partners to achieve business goals of their designated business units.

• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for vacant positions whilst ensuring KPI's like time to fill and quality of hire. 
• Focus excessively on employer branding to attract high potential resources and making PEL an employer of choice in engineering sector all over Pakistan. 
• Reinforce and ensure Competency Based Interviews are conducted across the organization in true letter and spirit by partnering with HRBPs.
• Continuously improve on boarding plan and coordinate with respective HRBPs for smooth integration of new joiner with his/her department.
• Carry out buddy employee engagement meetings on quarterly basis to reinforce their significance and role.
• Coordinate with IT for development and implementation of new in-house built HR portals.



“Employee Relations”, (Center of Operations)
• Prepare various monthly reports for top management i.e. Headcount Report, Employee Turnover analysis and Hiring Analysis.
• Build reporting mechanism, analyze data from different perspectives and summarize it into useful information and reports that can be used to make effective and strategic decisions as per changing business needs.
• Conduct exit interview (Traditional Method) of departing employees.
• Facilitating employees regarding medical issues; advance & sympathy basis.
• Responsible for processing employees Final Settlements.

Compensation & Benefits (Center of Excellence)
Designing, modifying & updating compensation & benefits policies according to the need.
Preparation of organization wide Human Resources budget.
Responsible for disbursement of employee’s monthly salary and also handle all queries relating to staff salary.
Roll out yearly appraisal activity.
