This role includes managing shipment pickup operation from the business clients on KSA level for the e-com & CEP (document) products, achievements include developing analytical reports from available raw data, route planning, pickup process, new system development & capacity planning.
This position is the head of transportation team in the central region, main tasks include maintaining a high utilization & efficiency level of the fleet including outsourced FTL, achieving high delivery performance, monitoring the proof of delivery (POD) collection process from different customers with proper archiving, monitoring customer refusals, redeliveries & reverse logistic., working with different company stakeholders to improve the service level, preparing KPI reports, reviewing the OTIF results, enhancing system application (WMS/OTM/TMS) & SOP implementation & compliance.
Riyadh DC 505 consist of Inbound / Outbound / Inventory operation & transit HUB, achievements include: mega stock migration project acceleration, advanced bin planning & picking face management which increased the picking productivity, staging area optimization, storage solutions, improving stock replenishment criteria to prepare for front picking project, working on innovative small parcels packing techniques for higher pallet & shipment utilization, systems include (WMS: ORACLE, CRM: Microsoft Dynamics 365).
The role included managing Jeddah Central warehouse, HUB & transportation operation, business customer deliveries, facility coordination & supervising Riyadh warehouse operation remotely. Stock transfer from several small warehouses in to a central mega warehouse with warehouse layout, selective storage system with the suitable MHEs was accomplished in this period.
Promoted in the same company and transferred from Kharj to Qassim. (the size of the operation in this site is relatively bigger). This period included process correction, improvement & stabilization, relocation of the last-mile area from inside IKEA OCP to an external FLOW HUB for operation scale-up.
This period included the establishment stage of this site inside IKEA KHARJ OCP. bin location system was implemented physically and digitally mapped, there was a customer counter to handover ready for collection orders and a staging area for last-mile orders including assembly value added service.
