• International Travel: Arranging itineraries, flights, hotels and visas. Keeping up to date with company travel regulations and policies as well as current government policies on travel.
• Administration of office supplies, company memberships, printing, stationary, mail, filing, annual leave records, postal courier services, inventories, diary management and subscription renewals.
• Personal secretary to country manager - managing diaries, correspondence, fielding calls and arranging international travel.
• Liaison with public relations officer for renewal of employee and dependent visas, registration of CPRs and GOSI, health insurance and other legally required documents such as company trade license.
• Drafting and typing correspondence on behalf of the country manager.
• Liaison with head offices within the Gulf region, helping to organize travel.
• Acting as receptionist and first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Recruitment of staff, arranging interviews and coordinating with the shop.
• Supervision of office cleaner.
• Contribution to generate sales for domestic and international clients.
• Providing clients the complete image to suit their lifestyles in a personalized style.
• Handling cash, receiving shipments and responsible for the display of accessories/shoes in women section
