- Installation and automization of gates using ‘MERIK’ motors supplier (residential and corporate)
- Repairing and maintenance of already existing systems (mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic)
- Design and fabrication of doors and gates using AutoCAD and Photoshop software aid.
- Installation and programming of communications and security systems by ‘SYSCOM’ and ‘INTEC’ companies.
- Upgrading existing systems
- Assure safe and ergonomic working conditions for all employees.
- Fully design, implement, and follow up of cost reduction projects (labor, operation cycle times, material, operating methods, equipment and work aids, energy, layouts, etc.)
- Analyzing plant production performance through ERP incentive system and optimizing accordingly.
- Extensive involvement in facility engineering projects (drafting, communication, supervision)
- Labor and utilities budgets development, and product costing.
- Production plans approval (Engineering department), and technical support for production team.
- Brief production management experience for 6 weeks.
