• Monitor GHA in flight operations of Qatar Airways in Bangalore Station..
• Conduct Internal Performance Audits for GHA in all flight operations of Qatar Airways in Bangalore Station.

• Issuing tickets, collecting payments from customers and making changes to customers' reservations.- checks in the passengers to ensure they have to right tickets to their desired destination.
• Monitor the Self Check-in Kiosks and ensure Passengers are briefed on the process and usage of the kiosks.
• Liaising with Dispatchers, hub control and duty officer on duty with regards to any operational issues during the flight boarding
• Coordination between ramp and Centralized Load Control department to ensure smooth functions. Instructing ramp about the ULD plan, Coordinating with BMA and BBA and the ramp supervisor to release the aircraft on time. Also giving the assistance in Captain’s Flight briefing.
• Monitor all functions of mishandled baggage handling in arrival, proper checks in World Tracer for bags and in order to ensure the best services to customers on arrivals.
