 An on job training with each service advisor individually;
 Different types of Roll Plays of service situations for each service advisor;
 The correct implementations of BMW Service Reception at the Car steps;
 Ensure the smooth of BMW Service Process (contact, booking, preparation consultation, service
consultation, workshop process, invoicing, handover and feedback);
 Cross Selling while service consultation.
Which at the end reflects on our service quality delivery as:
 Increasing CSI records from 62% to 83% in the first 3 month of implementation;
 Smoothing the work flow and overcome the delays which insure fast service;
 Provide quick solutions of service problems;
 Improving the Repair Order Quality.
