Reporting to Plant quality Manager, I was responsible for:
· Developping of quality procedures, acceptance criteria, Inspection Sampling plans, Inspection Instructions, Quality acceptance
standards, Quality Alerts, etc
· Analyzing quality data and defining actions for: Internal Product Quality trends, Low Yields, Material Deviations, Scrap, etc.
· Developping Corrective Action Plans to address Customer Complaints and internal Quality issues.
· Continuous improvement of supplier quality, customer quality, engineering and production processes
· Establishing process/quality standards based on customer expectations
· Training of Quality tools to Quality and Operations Personnel.
· Providing technical support and guidance to Quality Technicians in the application of quality procedures, interpretation and
