HR WORKS:
* Maintaining attendance and leave records.
* Oversee recruiting and hiring of departmental staff.

* Maintaining Profit and Loss Statement Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
* Compiling Daily Sales Reports, Petty Cash Report,

OPERATIONS:
* Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization through weekly manager meetings, daily contact with other managers on duty, etc.
* Reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
* Conducted health, safety and sanitation process evaluations to identify and remedy any violations immediately. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
* Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling, ordering, and developing the restaurant team members.
* Maintaining inventory and cost control by estimating Food and Beverage Costs, Fuel & General Cost Consumption.
* Reconciled deliveries on-board Talabat, Zomato, Deliveroo, Cash and Credit Card transactions to maintain accurate records.
* Ensures that the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
* Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.
* Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
* Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
* Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.
* Analyzing guest feedback in hand or social networks, replying to the comments and providing strategic direction to continuously improve the overall rating by resolving guest complaints and queries if any, ensuring a complete service recovery.
* Dealing with IT and Maintenance related issues as on when required.
