● Prepares TRA (Task Risk Assessment) and PTW (Permit to Work)
Myself and Contractor mechanical technician to do task to / job execution.
•Participate and advisory in commissioning of Takreer Oil Refinery project and installation Mechanical equipment include checking, reviewing commissioning procedure, spares, and witnessing during mechanical running under commissioning.
•Generate Maintenance procedure as guidance to mechanical personal during execute the job task and also as Permit requirements.
•To ensure reliability of continuously running equipment (such as Steam Turbine, Centrifugal Compressor, Reciprocating compressor, Vacuum booster compressor, Pumps, Emergency Diesel Generator, Fire Foam and Water Diesel Pump ) by monitoring the performance, vibrations, Noise, Leakage and any deficiency appears.
•Carry out Vacuum Booster, Centrifugal and Reciprocating Pumps equipment preservation during project and readiness for 1st start up.
•Carried out daily preventive, corrective and break down maintenance on Mechanical and Jetty equipment.
•Supervise and utilizes and train mechanical Contractor to understand and do mechanical job task independently.
•Arrange Contractor mechanical technician to execute the work orders to complete the job task.
•Carried out mechanical activities according to the work orders as preventive or corrective maintenance and create work orders as per fault finding to striving for maintenance accountability.
•Prepares Spare and Materials request to backup mechanical task as Job plan.
•Trouble shoot and investigates mechanical problems appears during operation and consultation with maintenance supervisor and other disciplines (Instrument & electrical departments)
•Loading Arm Equipment; maintenance and inspection, such as replace O-ring of Riser Swivel Joint, trouble shoot on hydraulic system fault, Emergence Diesel Generator, Gangway and Jib crane periodically inspection.
•Arrange Contractor mechanical technicians to collect all rotating mechanical equipment vibration, Temperature, performant and analysis by company 3rd party.
•Annual process shutdown and also create mechanicals shutdown agenda to striving on time as per scheduled, and arrange the availability of spares of shutdown requirements.
•Alignment by laser or dial indicator.
Maintenance
& Responsibility:
•Carried out periodically maintenance and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment of process Plant and remote Area (Liquid Natural Gas).
•Carried out mechanical activities according to the work orders (Maximo) as preventive or corrective maintenance and create work orders as per fault finding to striving for maintenance accountability
•Perform periodically and corrective maintenance Inspection and overhaul for GE/NP Gas Turbine Model: MS-7001EA and Steam Turbine for drive Propane Compressor model 3MCL-1405 Manufacture by GE/NP, high pressure multi stage centrifugal compressor for mixed refrigerant Model: BCL-804 Manufacture by GE/NP, assembly and install john crane Dry Gas Seal 28XP tandem and etc.
•Liaise with production team player to coordinate the daily process upset and do breakdown maintenance.
•Perform periodically and corrective Maintenance for Caterpillar Diesel engine 3516, 3408, 3412, etc applied on Fire Water Pump, EDG, and Pumps.
•Involve with annually shutdown/ turn around and set up mechanical technician to do execution on location.
•Perform periodically and Corrective maintenance on Life Boats and sea survival devices (FRC).
•Perform periodically and corrective maintenance on Expander Pump, Positive displacement pump, as stuffing seal box seal replacement, pump head valve and eccentric shaft, connection rod assemblies.
•Perform pump alignment using opt align and dial indicator of various pumps.
•Prepare Guidant of Certificate (GOC) report and Job procedure.
•Closing Work Order by Maximo system.

•Pressure test to pot casing expander pump.
•Mechanical Running Test of all pumps and Over Haul, repair.
(Main bearing installation, shaft, clutch, adjust valve latch, governor setting, cylinder head, run out shaft and etc.
Maintenance
& Responsibility:
•Trouble shoot and repair also perform yearly and six monthly on Reciprocating compressor.
•Trouble shoot and repair, also perform yearly and six monthly on Fire diesel pump.
•Trouble shoots and repairs various transferring pumps and various types.
•Perform routine maintenance PM, six monthly, yearly on Centrifugal pump, Vertical pump, Feed water pump, and etc.
•Perform maintenance and repairs on various type and manufacture of Valve (gate valve, needle valve, ball valve, butterfly valve and etc.).
•Perform routine maintenance PM, six monthly, and yearly also repair of Air Compressor Atlas Copco.
•Perform routine preventive maintenance, six monthly, and yearly also repair of Air Compressor Atlas Copco.
•Perform routine preventive maintenance, weekly PM, Yearly PM, of Emergency Diesel Generator.
