Responsible for all commercial issues for KAFD project stage 2
Working as Commercial Manager at KAFD project following up 20 Parcels, handling 7 Main Contractors, supervising QS team, all commercial issues for KAFD project go through me.
Now I'm working on at NEOM project as Cost Control Manager.
• Take prime responsibility for advising Area Manager / Operations Manager on the commercial risk elements of contracts from tender stage through to final completion.
• Plan commercial activities required for each contract, and constantly monitor and controls the costs involved in junction with operations management, consolidates, reviews and implements the Company business plan and periodic updates.
• Where appropriate, manage and develop the Commercial activities and successfully achieve company, project, team and individual goals and objectives relating to the standardized implementation of commercial practices and procedures throughout the Company.
• Advise of the risk assessment of the commercial aspects of all enquiries, including the balance of contractual risk/estimate and risk/acceptable profit prior to submission of a tender to a client.
• Ensure contract documentation complies with company policy in all areas, e.g.
• Insurance requirements, review of bonds, warranties and guarantees.
• Ensure that an original complete set of contract documents, including drawings, is completed as necessary and stored in a secure fireproof place.
• Formulate, in conjunction with the contract team, a commercial plan specific to each contract identifying the activities necessary to protect the company and enhance the profitability of contracts.
Abu Dhabi AirPort Project - MTB.
Responsible for all the mechanical items.
AirPort Terminal (2) Extension Project - Dubai.
Responsible for the mechanical items only.
PV Hotel - Business Bay Crossing: a 5 Star Hotel with 10 floor levels & two condominiums with 386 units. with a total MEP works 150 Million Dirhams, Issued additional 10 Million AED as variation.
PPM Conrad Hotel - Sheikh Zayed Road: a Tower with 50 floor levels & 480 room & more than 25 executive office with a total MEP works 305 Million Dirhams, Issued additional 20 Million AED as variation.
Central Park -08 - Sheikh Zayed Road: a Twin Tower “Residential & Office Tower” with a total MEP works 250 Million AED, Issued additional 12 Million AED as variation.
Office Building: Capacity of 28 Offices & 8 Retail Shops in a building contains 13 floors & Total Area more than 23000 m2, Followed up Fire Fighting Systems, Domestic Water System, Drainage System installations of equipments, HVAC Systems, orders and following up with Civil Defense.
Holiday Inn 5-Star Hotel: Capacity of 200 rooms & 120 chalets on the Dead Sea Shore with a total electromechanical value of 13 Million US$. Issued over 400, 000 US$ of variation orders. Followed up Fire Fighting Systems, Domestic Water System, Drainage System installations & equipment, orders and following up with Civil Defense.
Design The mechanical services for the group projects (i.e. Housing buildings, Commercial offices ..)
Calculate the heating & cooling loads for the buildings.
Supervise the progress in the site and solving any problem might face the plumbers.
Analyze & study the proposed offers to the company.
Testing the finished jobs with the plumbers immediately.
Take off for the material from the drawings.
Following up with suppliers.
Adjust the drawings to make As Built.
Reaching the target every month.
Preparing the quotations for the clients.
Following up with the consultants to get an order.
Helping the plumbers on site.
Testing the under floor heating systems
Following up the payments with the customers.
Calculate the cooling & the heating loads for houses and offices.
Testing the finished jobs with the consultant immediately.
Checking the stock status in the warehouse.
Take off for the material from the drawings.
Following up with labors.
Preparing the material submittals for consultants.
