1- Manage and oversee the Procurement, Materials, and Logistics functions within the company according to our design for Hotels 4 & 5 stars after confirmed from client
2- Provide 'Value Engineering' by proposing alternatives to specific materials
3- Direct the Construction as a Client Consultants by monitoring and controlling their performance regarding budget, time and quality in coordination with other Portfolio teams; and supervising the Contractor works, reviewing submittals, responding to queries, inspecting the progress and reviewing payment requests...etc to avoid the Contractors claims;
4- Review and monitor budget in order to maintain control and for subsequent reconciliation
5- Interview vendors and visit suppliers’ plants and distribution centers to examine and learn about the products, services and prices then Coordinate with them and follow the production, supplying and shipping date
6- Arrange all engineers group to supervise and check for all production in China and help them to solve any problem their
7- Prepare weekly report and send to CEO showing the production and installation statement
8- Develop production plan and schedule using shipping forecasts and commitments
9- Identifies material requirements and schedule
10- Prepare all time schedule for production and installation plan in each project
11- Liaise strongly with the Designer Team with regard to the implementation of design solutions, materials selected and provide feedback on issues arising

Supervise & Management as an interior designer for handover the Great Privet Residence Palace in Riyadh city KSA the coast over 200 million SR, and coordinate with the Designer HBA from USA & Illuminates for Lighting Design from Italy.
1- Coordinate & revise the Architected drawing with MEP requirement
2- Follow & Supervise all projects under construction according to target plans to achieve and be sure to finished within budget and time schedule
3- Prepare the time schedule for finishing activates & Furniture Supplier from Italy & USA
4- Motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work with time and budget
5-Revise all Technical Office processing like (Tenders, Shop Drawing submittals, method statement, IPC, BOQ, PO & Time Schedule) for all subcontractors
6- Follow up and monitoring all sites activity for projects items in site
7- Select & Revise all P.O for all items raw materials used in finishing stage.
8- Prepare and approved all shop drawing
9- Cost control and quality inspection for all materials delivery to site
10- Handover the project in short time (12 month) from total work 18 month starting from 40% the rest of concrete skeleton until turnkey for client.
