Web Bridge is an eCommerce Agency working with small to medium sized businesses in Australia. My role is to help start-ups, small and medium size companies and businesses to step into the online retail world with the correct perspective and using the suitable tools to ensure the best ROI and exposure.

Shopiverse is an online super store selling 1000’s of products Australia Wide. The Business was created from scratch, my job in this business exposed me to tools and experiences that improved my skills dramatically.

This is a all-rounder position in an online Business, the position involved setting up the business’ ecommerce system using the Neto ecommerce platform and integrating the system with shipping companies using complex shipping matrix as well as integrating the system with Google accounts including AdWords, analytics, shopping, merchant centre & trusted store.
The Position required extensive knowledge in the ecommerce world and keeping the company up to date on a technological level to ensure that we’re ahead of the competition; ensuring we’re using the best tools and applications to improve productivity and customer experience.
The position required having solid knowledge in the online marketing world which is vital to increasing brand awareness and allowing products to reach the correct customers and converting impressions to clicks and clicks to conversions.
While keeping the online side of the company up to date I had to make sure that the internal procedures inside the company are running smoothly especially with the warehouse staff. This includes making sure the stock levels are up to date and ensuring that the warehouse staff are getting the correct training and procedurally they are following the ecommerce platform requirements and workflow.
