C.M.A is the current highest tower in Saudi Arabia with total height of 385.0 m above ground, The Tower is constructed on land area of 5, 962.0 m2 and total built up area of 242, 941.0 m2 comprising corporate and commercial office spaces and public circulation as well as related functional spaces, including a state-of-the art, 450 seat auditorium, dining areas, fitness centre and pool
The tower consists of 85 floors; (4 basement floors and 8 mechanical floors in different levels accommodate support functions, central plant and equipment areas) and 73 floors for commercial office spaces.

Job description :
- Assist the site manager in all aspects of his work in controlling overall project quality, Progress, safety, logistics & cost objectives, as well as to ensure all project documentations are properly controlled, and carrying out some of the day to day duties as directed and depute the site manager when he is bsent.
- Make sure that all site staff are aware of the project requirements, specifications and approved procedure & drawings.
- Assist in preparation of monthly progress reports.
- Assist in preparation of special reports to investigate any roblem related to the scope of work and recommend solutions.
- Attend weekly meetings (progress & quality)
- coordinate among the discipline engineers to check and control he work to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with the contract requirements.
- Review in coordination with discipline engineers the contractor`s submittals such as method statements, QC reports, material submittals, sub-contractor`s prequalification, daily progress report, ……

Granada Business & Housing Park is one of the largest projects in Riyadh with total amount of SR 1, 581, 000, 000.0 (Only One Milliard Five Hundred Eighty One Million Saudi Riyals)
The project is constructed on land area of 133, 000.0 m2 and the total built up area is 339, 000.0 m2, the project consists of 4-storey underground car parking building with area of 36, 000.0 m2 each floor (3, 680 car park space), 6 no. High rise buildings, with average of 20 floors height & area of 1, 105.0 m2 each floor, 4 no. Low rise buildings, with average of 7 floors height & area of 890.0 m2 each floor, Business centre of 3-storey height with area of 2, 870.0 m2 each floor, 48 no. town houses, 2-storey high with a typical floor area of 667.0 m2, other ancillaries like Recreation centre, Chiller compound, MV & Electric rooms, Generator room, Underground water tanks, fences, guard rooms, sewage treatment plant, kiosk, access buildings, etc.

Job Description:

- Review in coordination with discipline engineers all contractor`s submittals (shop drawings, sub-contractor`s prequalification and any other submittals), and in evaluation and response to all to all requests for information.
- Review in coordination with discipline engineers the contractor`s monthly progress invoice.
- Participate with discipline engineers in final inspection and preparation of punch list.
- Preparation of close out report.
- Review the structural & civil shop drawings & as built drawings.

Salam Resort-Bahrain is one of the largest projects in Bahrain with total amount of USD 1, 000, 000, 000.0 (Only One Milliard United State Dollars)
The project is developed in two phases; phase-1 of the project includes a 288-room luxury beach hotel, seven water front hotel villas, a 20, 000 m2 conference centre (proposed to host the GCC summit 2010) and six royal villas developed on a private reclaimed island, the second phase will encompass a residential community and retail outlets set in traditional souk style.
The infra structure of the project consists of utilities network as potable water, chilled water, irrigation, fire fighting networks, electricity, telecommunication networks, sewage, etc.
The resort is served by internal Nine road bridges and six foot bridges beside internal road network of 3.5 km length.

Job Description: Supervising the Conference Centre
- Review structural shop drawings based on the design drawings in
coordination with other disciplines.
- Control work quality, progress & cost objectives, as well as to
ensure all documentations are properly controlled such as RFI`s,
NCN, SI, ON and contractor`s queries. - Attending the weekly progress & QA/QC meetings.
- Preparing weekly& monthly reports to the project manager.

Dar Al-Ezz is a16-storey residential building with total amount of USD 10, 315, 000.0 ( Around Ten Million Three Hundred Fifteen Thousand United State Dollars)
The project is constructed on land area of 1600.0 m2 and the total built up area is 18, 008.0 m2, the building consists of two parking floors in Ground & first floors contain116 park spaces, 13 typical floors contains112 residential flats (Turn Key), Pent house floor contains Gym hall, Sauna & steam room, Swimming pool & Restaurant.

Job Description:
- Check the project`s agreement to arrange the required materials, equipments, man power & sub-contractors..
- Preparing the work Schedule (Master & detailed) to control time and resources.
- Monitoring & controlling the work progress according to the schedule.
- Check the required quantities & type of materials
- Estimate the monthly cash in & cash out according to the work schedule.
- Follow up the governmental approvals such as civil defense, Thermal insulation, electricity, traffic, sewage & municipality.
- Dealing with sub-contractors, studying their offers and negotiating them to select the best offer.
- Reviewing all sub-contractors agreements & signing initially.
- Check the prepared shop drawings before sending to the consultant.
- Follow up the quality of work as per specifications.
- Preparing the monthly invoices & monthly report to raise it to the consultant.
- Check the sub-contractors invoices & release their payments.
- Making evaluation of staff.
- Attend Bi-weekly meetings with client rep, consultant & sub- contractors.
- Preparing weekly report and raise it to the director.
- Prepare all documents & submittals to the consultant & client.
