Head of Cyber Advisory and Architecture

Role: Act as an SME and Cyber security advisor to the Hancock business and group. Embed Cyber principles and functions within the Hancock group and projects utilising best practice principles from ISO27001, ASSC Ism and NIST. Design a Cyber security architecture framework across the Hancock group.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Cyber Security Architecture and the development and review of new or current security solutions for Hancock.
- Escalation point for Cyber Security reviews of current and new applications/hardware for wider Hancock Group.
- Cloud SME to include Azure suite, Office 365 suite, Okta, Proofpoint across the wider Hancock Group.

Projects:
- Full Greenfield Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Okta environment from design, security hardening and deployment. Implement the full M365 suite to include CASB, Conditional MFA, DLP, AV/EDR, Intune.
- Design and Implement a PAM solution and enable enhanced security features like proxying.
- Full security review and hardening of Microsoft Azure & O365 environments companies under the Hancock Group.
- OT environment review and design to move to a more secure segregated environment.
- Review and uplift of email security across the Hancock group.
- Design and implement DLP at Hanroy & Atlas.
- Design Cyber Security zoning model for Hancock networks & Systems.

Act as an SME and Cyber security advisor to the HBF business and project teams. Embed Cyber principles and functions within HBF and projects utilising best practice principles from ISO27001 and NIST. Contribute to the overall Cyber security architecture development and help identify and mitigate risk. Review and apply Cyber best practice to ensure HBF meet APRA requirements.
