Technical support for IP telephony systems, networks and video conferencing systems
Design, implement, installation and troubleshooting for AVAYA systems (Unified communications, contact center and data network), Dealing with various types of trunks as analog trunks, digital trunks (E1), IP trunks and SIP trunks.Dealing with the Cisco switches and HP switches.Dealing with video conferencing.Test and implement the network infrastructures.Integrate IP telephony with the billing systems and reporting systems.
The position is A team leader of telecomm team (nine Engineers) in OSS department in STC to perform.
• Clean up the telecomm date related to the mapping team.
• Model the deferent models, categories, cards and types of the SDH networks as (MSSP, SNCP, MSP, Pipes, down multiplexers, Ethernet cards, PDH cards, Tie cables and etc…).
• Model the microwave links.
• Map and plan the logic circuits and the physical paths.
• Provision and reserve the logic and the physical recourses.
• Collect and find the missing information from the Method of Procedure (MOP) documents.
Working as a telecommunication engineer for the Energy Control Center, supervision on execution of telecommunication projects as demanded in the electrical network according to determined timetable as well as coordinating and connecting the existing systems with the new projects.
