 Ensure proper job controls, revenue and schedule like Preparation of steel work program meeting against Main contractors work program, Material submittals, Quality &safety manuals submittals, Method statement preparation for steel construction like sequence of erection, cranage lifting capacity, scaffolding plans and etc
 Monitoring, controlling and ensuring that running projects are meeting design, fabrication, painting, delivery, installation, quality & safety requirements as scheduled in coordination with all concerned internal departments &external parties.
 Multitasking like managing more than one site at a time.
 Supervising the team of project engineers and foremen and other site personnel.
 follow up the site construction progress and fulfill the client/consultant/contractors requirement
 Following up of routine payments, any variations and claims.
