Responsibilities:
• Perform administration and development support activities related to corporate Siebel systems. This includes facilitating all infrastructure build and support activities, upgrades, deployments, testing, troubleshooting and health checks.
• Experience with Siebel Tools application, Siebel Configuration and knowledge of the different Siebel components
• SIEBEL server installation & configuration, Patch management, Supporting Test and Development environments. Integrating other applications with Siebel
• Knowledge of ITIL process framework - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management & Service Level Management
• SRF Repository migration.
• Supporting Production environment :
o Maintaining high application availability
o Planning and co-coordination of production release.
o Daily health checks which includes regularly checking status of servers & components. Checking status of JOBs/Tasks. Server resource monitoring (CPU / Memory / Disk space )
o supporting all planned & unplanned outages
