Scope of Responsibilities:
• Team Work Management: Established a solid team work spirit and assigned responsibilities to different work sectors.
• Company Policy: Restructuring and applying company policy through different sectors.
• Finance Controlling: Planning of the company budget, monitoring the monthly reports, analyzing it and taking corrective actions if needed, following up company targets achievement.
• Strategic planning: Participating in planning of the company strategies.
• Marketing planning: Develop and maintain the overall marketing strategies of the company to ensure an effective marketing of the products.
• Representation of the Company: Through negotiations with main suppliers and meeting with product lines manufacturers.
• Coordination: Reflecting the company status to the chairman and board of directors.
• Research and Development: Establishment and enforcement of research and development to ensure progress of the products.
• Quality Assurance: Training and developing the quality assurance team to ensure the highest quality of the products throughout the whole production cycle starting from raw material till the end product.
• Production line: Upgrading of the production lines in order to minimize the waste products and to optimize the efficiency of the production process.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Crisis Management: Recovered the company from the Avian flu crisis through a restructuring of the company organizational chart, reconstruction of overall plan and reestablishment of working teams including production, sales and financial sectors.
• Finance Controlling: Planning of the company budget, monitoring the monthly reports, analyzing it and taking corrective actions if needed, following up company targets achievement.
• Company Policy: Reconstruction of the company policy.
• Marketing: Selection of convenient exhibitions and booth’s size and design to reflect the company’s image in the best way.
• Production: Analyzing production problems and finding out the possible optimum solutions in terms of operation and production facilities.
• Exposure: Visiting overseas producers and suppliers in order to transfer the latest technologies into the company, thus optimizing the production efficiency.
• Expansion and Investment: Preparation of a complete feasibility study of constructing a slaughter house and acquiring the board’s approval to enable the company to have a B2C product instead of a B2B product.

* Production and Quality: Responsible for all production and quality departments including all planning and
achieving yearly targets.
* Operations: Control the budget for the operations departments to make sure that they have all their resources
to achieve their goals.
* Production line: Upgrading the production lines to produce new products and to enhance the efficiency of the
production.
* Logistics: Forecasting the yearly plan for raw materials and its budget and following up the implementation
of the plan and updating it throughout the year as per the sales plan changes.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Logistics: Establish and maintain links with our main suppliers.
• Production: Controlling the production staff and motivating them to increase the efficiency and the productivity.
• Quality: Controlling the quality staff to ensure high end product quality and to reduce the waste.
• Top Management Support: Reporting to top management the progress status of production lines and attending regular top management meetings.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Logistics: Follow-up on the shipping process of overseas procured raw materials from origin till destination.
• Materials: Continuous check on the raw materials status. Coordination between the production line and the stock materials in storage.
• Production: follow-up on the production lines.
• Top Management Support: Reporting to top management the progress status of production lines and attending regular top management meetings.
