responsible for review the mechanical design plans (DD/FDD/IFC/shop drawings/As built drawings), check all, calculations, specifications, material submittals, technical reports, method statement for construction, O&M manuals, training manuals, project commissioning dossiers and development/ modification of the ventilation, air conditioning, fire protection, plumbing, and other mechanical systems. Conduct field inspections and site investigations at substantial and final completion states including all testing, balancing and commissioning works for mechanical systems. Coordinate engineering work with that of other engineering divisions. Prepare engineering reports, response to contractor RFI’s, rise NCN’s and other correspondence related to work activities. Conduct the field Mock-up inspections, RFIT’s and Factory /field materials testing as well.
As QNCCE project is a green/leed building, all the relevant codes and standards have been considered in design and materials review.

- Redesign of the chiller building which consisting of 9 Nos. of water cooled chillers with a capacity of 3150 TR each (York industerial Type - Titan ), with 8 Nos of ceramic cooling Towers .of the Infrastructer of Al-Hassah Campus at king Faisal univeristy at al-Hassah K.S.A,
Supervise the installation of mechanical works for the above mentioned project but Pase II - the project contains :Chillers House & Pumping House & Swiche gear house, Plumbing for all the accademic area, deepweels, and the left stations and it consistes of 2 No. of chillers with a capacty of 3150 TR each, 2No. of cooling towers, 2No's of chilled water and 3No's sweet water pumps, 3No's condinsing water pumps, 3No's raw water pumps, 6No's fire pumps, 8No's deep well pumps, 12No's sweage left station and 3 No's irrigation pumps, in addition to the chlorenated house, A/C for the 3 buildings.BMS control sys.
-Check the design and installation for all the mechanical works
- Check the Material Submittals & the shop drawings.
Also, I check the design and the spsifications for the phase III of the same project which will be in tendering whithen 3 months, and it will include another 7 No's chiller with the same capacity 3150 TR, 6No's cooling toweers, 7no's CHW pumps &6No's cond. w pumps. the remaining loops of all the piping networks like chilled water & plumbing and fire fighting sys.
As an Owner of this engineering office I do:-
-HVAC design
-Preparing all the projects decuments such a specifications, tender drawings, contracts, and Boq's
-Follow up the installation works
-Material submittals
Follow up the HVAC works for Bab-Al-Faraj Sheraton Hotel at Allepo, Syria, (under construction), praparing the material submitals, co-ordinated workshop drawings, equipment slection, slecting the HVAC sub-contractors, supervise the installation of the system, and co-ordination with the consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers.
-Managing the HVAC projects ( as a partner), responsible for the design, installation, sales, Tenders studying, cost estimation, preparing the technical & financial offers and solving the technical problems,
-HVAC Redesign & following up the installation &balancing &testing&commissioning with i2i group, and hand over of the system to the third party, for Four Points Sheraton Ba-Hamdoun, at Lebanon
HVAC desgin, evaluating the cost analysis, preparing the co-ordinating shop drawings, equipment slection, material submittals, co-ordination with the consultant, sub-contractors, and suppliers and installation for some Royal Palaces at Jeddah and Abher - Saudi Arabia.
Design the whole HVAC system (load estimatiom, Ducting and piping ), prepare the co-ordinated shop drawings, equipment selection, cost & material estimation, co-ordination with the sub-contractor and the suppliers for Sultan Garden Tourist Resort (Holiday In Resort) at Sharm Al-Shikh, Egypt (900 TR Chilled Water System for the reciotion building & 1800TR DX system for the other Buildings)
HVAC consultant Engineer, responsile for the design, check of the co-ordinated shop drawings, equipment slection, material estimation, material submittels, co-ordination with the owner, mai contractor, sub-contractors & suppliers, follow up the installation, balancing, testing, commissioning, start up, hand over the system, and I had been handled the following projects:
- The administration building for the National Gypsum Company at Riyadh
-The administration building for National Gypsum Company at Yanbou.
Design and installation for HVAC projcts, preperation of the projects's cost estimation, technical and financial offers, co-ordenated shop drawings, equipment selection material estimation & submittal, co-ordination with the consultant, main contractor and suppliers, balancing, testing, commissioning, and hand over the system to ths client for the such projects:-
- Hufof Pediatric Hospital(250 beds) (1640TR, chilled water system with BMS control)
-HVAC design &installation for Al-Zarah Hospital at Hufof (50 beds) (430 TR DX system)
-HVAC design for Al-Hassah Municipility building at Hufof, (970 TR DX system)
-HVAC design for the operating roomsand laboratires of Al-Moussa Clinic at Hufof
-HVAC design and installation for Saudi aircon main office at Hufof and its branch at Jubail
-HVAC design & installation for TRANE storage ares at Dammam
-Design of chilled water system for DERMABIT factory at Jubail (800TR )(Industrial Referigeration Process)
-HVAC design &installation for some residential villas & palaces
-Maintenance and shift engineer for HVAC sysytem, chillers, AHU's, FCU's, hot water boilers, steem generators, chilled water & hot water and domestic water pumps . prperation of the maintenance schedule and reports, co-ordination with the spare parts suppliers.
