Successfully managed and launched the "Morgan Resource Management" ERP system which includes Events Management module, CRM, Financial packages, Stock Management System, Marketing System and 3rd Parties integrations such as MailChimp, Sage, HubSpot etc...

Inbound Marketing:
Designed and directed the development of the company's integrated CRM and Marketing system encompassing: Sales process and funnel, lead nurturing lifecycle, email marketing, landing pages, inquiry management system, in-bound marketing analytics (SEO re-structuring, Page Authorities, Content enforcement etc...).

E-commerce Project:
Successfully managed and launched Morgan's e-commerce interface.

Learning Management System:
Developed Morgan's internal LMS and integrated Company's training processes on it.
Currently working on exposing the LMS to external candidates and building Morgan's Digital Campus

Social Commerce:
Concept generation and process design of e-Commerce platform hosted on Social media channels
