Strategy : Develops the departmental strategy in line with the functional strategy and ensures achievement of objectives
Policies and Procedures: Develops and ensures implementation of departmental policies, procedures and controls to ensure procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
Day to Day: Supervises day-to-day operations of the department to ensure that work processes are implemented
Budget / Financial : Prepares and recommends departments budget and monitors financial performance versus the budget

Oversees all admin related activities to cover office management, mail distribution, greetings visitors, events coordination to ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements
Reviews and ensures all information are updated and entered in the systems to ensure availability of accurate information at all times
Coordinates regularly with IT and Finance to ensure all requirements are met to ensure staff satisfaction and continuity of operations
Oversees the fleet schedules and organizes the trips to ensure availability of cars and drivers when required
- Follow-up and evaluation of the plans of its various divisions (human resources, transport and movement, general maintenance and services, public relations)
