Implemented new business plan with a successful marketing survey and segmentations. Integrated initiatives were taken to launch new products in retail market and project sales. Established new markets, customers and industrial relations. Launched new websites for the Industrial Division of the Group (4 Companies). Introduced e marketing and new strategies. Some of my assignments and duties performed are as below;
• Launched/designed new websites, social media channels and e marketing campaigns.
• Wrote completely new content for company profiles, catalogs, brochures and pre-qualification submittals as per technical and commercial requirements.
• Helped my team to get certified by various domestic and international Quality and Management Control authorities like SASO & ISO.
• Successfully got approved all products from Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission and other government ministries.
• Introduced company products in GCC, East, Central & North African Markets by participating in Exhibitions, e marketing and B2B meetings.
• Established new marketing & sales team in Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah & Bahrain.
• Applied new marketing strategy and media campaign which brought notable results with good change in annual sales.
• Applied new price strategy by having a healthy competition with existing brands.

Successfully launched company operations in Saudi Arabian markets by providing leadership, capture management, leading major proposals, developing and supporting business strategy and development, as well as assisting in overseeing program performance, and growing customer relationships. Support in monitoring program performance vital to new business growth; lead the initiation and coordination. Exercise sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies. In-charge of devising, developing, and implementing strategic marketing, sales, business development and operational plans. Analyzing industry trends as well as trains all business units on targeted clients based development.
Selected Contributions:
• Developed and managed both the Marketing and Business Development departments, since when I joined the Venture there was neither a marketing department nor a business development department.

• Planned, organized, and executed the establishment and opening events of 3 of the company's outlets in Saudi Arabia in a 6 months period, between March 2011 and August 2011.
