Senior legal manager

1) Provide recommendations to the Company on all legal matters to ensure protection
Against legal exposure and liability and sound risk assessment.

2) Represent the company in legal matters with appropriate agencies.

3) Provide legal advice on all National and International agreements relating to UAE Laws to protect against legal exposure, minimize liability and assess risk.

4) Provide legal opinion on legal claims on different commercial matters e.g. customers, suppliers, vendors, contractors etc. with a view of recovering company’s rights or minimize liability and reaching amicable settlements in line with Management’s discretion.

5) Review all contracts with a view to assessment of risk and preventing legal exposure.

6) Provide advice on corporate compliance with all statutory and governmental statutes and requirements in order to protect the company’s interests.

7) Provide recommendation to the CEO on legal implications of the new projects, investments, including joint ventures, alliances, mergers etc. in order to protect the corporate interests and minimize liabilities.

8) Monitor the efficiency and quality of external legal services to ensure the company is getting the best value for the fees paid.


9) Reviewing the legal terms of contracts and providing feedback.

10) Following up in litigation evaluation of risks and filling or defending claims.

11) Assessing litigation risks and managing external counsel.

12) Advising on employment laws - Handling all legal and regulatory matters and liaising with relevant authorities, drafting / reviewing contracts / agreements, reviewing documents, independent legal advice on matters with potentially significant financial and legal exposure.


13) Draft, amend and produce a variety of documents, letters, reports and form as required to meet the needs of the department and process all legal correspondence and all legal affaires as required by the CEO

14) Provide legal expertise/assistance to other departments when applicable and subject to priority of work.
15) Generate a Monthly update on Legal matters/pending cases follow up to CEO
