Prepare and coordinate safety peep talks and toolbox talks for workers
Carryout daily and weekly inspection of portable power tools and electrical connections
Coordinate and assist in the safe installation, maintenance and repairs of A/C units
Draw up safe system of work for each task carried out during A/C installations and servicing - hot works
Advise the manager on safety issues relating to workers and the work place
Monitoring and verification of CCP and OPRP in the plant
Ensure strict compliance to cGMP, GLP, glass and wood policy
Online process check, Monitoring and Supervision
Carry out physical check, analytical and microbiological analysis on raw materials, ingredient and finished products.
Training of new production employees on cGMP and HACCP
Plan and supervise deep cleaning of in-process machineries

Job Responsibilities
Carryout analysis on raw and finished product to ensure that they meet set quality standards
Maintained Stock level of laboratory supplies
Use computers to input and analyze data
Weekly verification of laboratory weighing equipment.
Carry out treatment of waste water (effluents) in special waste water treatment tanks.
Carry out test such as pH and TSS on raw and treated effluents before discharge.
