 Monitoring of Subcontractor’s progress and highlighting to management
 Monitoring progress throughout project cycle and comparing this with projected schedule of work.
 Monitoring of Material Delivery Plan.
 Preparation of Monthly Progress report.
 Liaison with client, company and the subcontractor for project progress achievements.

 Developing and implementing proactive solutions and cost controlling measures
 Monitoring & Controlling of Resources (Manpower, Equipment & Materials) of projects and ensuring proper allocation of resources according to budget & deployment plans.
 Preparation of Performance Dashboards for Projects & Divisions & presenting to top management.
 Providing critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections through EVM.
 Arranging Monthly Project’s Health Review Meetings with Projects teams to analyze the projects
 Closely monitoring Projects Actual Cost & comparing with Budgets, and highlighting to related Project In charges for deviations.
 Weekly Productivity Analysis of Projects and taking necessary actions to improve Productivity.
 Monitoring & Controlling of Project’s close-out reports, Revenue & subcontractor’s invoices.
 Maintaining Overall Company’s Planned & Actual Cash-Inflows vs Cash Outflows.
 Preparation of Company’s overall Budget and Approval of Project’s Execution budgets.
