• Receiving the ordered items in the System.
• Reporting the undelivered goods within 2 days from issuing the invoice / DN #
• Reporting the received items & not invoiced within month.
• Ensure that all the transport losses are documented and claims reimbursement.
• Give orientations to Sales-operations team to improve efficiency.
• Work with IT to develop system SAP to ease operations Work.
