● Responsible for the day-to-day administration and coordination of Sharjah Office which included among other things, implementation of office procedures and tasks.
● Supporting the Sharjah-based partners and directors and assisting them in their researches to identify the largest companies in Sharjah and collecting contact details and names of key figures and managers.
● Liaising with Sharjah Hamriya Free Zone and Airport Free Zone on office related matters and business.
● Selecting potential vendors and overseeing their contracts to ensure office materials are supplied and controlled efficiently within a set standard budget and monitoring overall office expenditure.
● Ordering and approving business cards after checking Arabic translation.
● Assisting in the communication of office policies and events.
● Monitoring validity periods for all legal and governmental documents pertaining to Sharjah Office in addition to negotiating office lease terms and renewal of the same.
● Overseeing front-desk operations and office assistants, and conducting their appraisals and providing recommendations.
