Administering 06 milk unions of MPCDF handling 15 Million Tones of raw milk for all aspects of its quality and food safety, All legal/statutory compliance activities and problem solving guidance to enforce quality assurance policies and best practice principals covering the safety, design, production and inspection in accordance with the laid down procedures of sanitation & standard operating procedures(SSOPs), HACCP/FSMS 22000:2005, QMS 9001:2015, EMS 14001-2015, GMP, GHP, FSSAI (Food Safety Standards Authority of India), AGMARK (Government of India Agriculture Marketing Standards), PCB(Pollution Control Board of India), Weights and measurement department and Other local legal compliances.
Formulated 08 new dairy based products and designed specifications/nutritive value and shelf life, Sold successfully in local market presently, Namely instant coffee premix powder, Instant tea premix powder, Dried coconut sweet with SMP, Whey drink, Fermented product -Saffron Shrikhand, Tea special milk formulation, No added sugar condensed sweet-Peda, Health vita plus an energy drink like Cadbury-Bourn vita, Nestle- Milk chocolate, Kraft Heinz -Complan, Hershey’s Chocó drink.
Tea special milk pioneered by me has remarkable revenue of approx 9000USD per day.
Engineered new packing style of Metpet+UV+Emboss+Texture+Hologram for butter oil.
Illustrated new full sleeve hologram packing for PP cups for various dairy packing.
Upgraded shelf life of soft cottage cheese(Paneer) from 10 days to 25 days .
Enhanced shelf life of Shrikhand(Fermented ) from 07 days to 30 days(Under finalization).
Initiated Project trials for India’s (proposed) best energy drink with double toned milk by utilizing health benefits from herb Cordycepin Sinensis/Militaries. (Under process).
Excelled tenders for Instant coffee/Tea premix FFS machine, Inkjet printer, Automatic sweet(peda) making machine with total cost saving of 23000USD for three machines also peda making is mechanized by above machine saved 30 percent of production cost.
Identified Reduced detection limit of UREA adulteration in milk from 800PPM to 200PPM
Constructed new sample coding and decoding system of raw chilled road milk tankers.
Augmented use of new full metallic anti-theft seal for raw chilled road milk tankers.
Introduced use of Butter oil (GHEE) clarifier, resulted in no market complaints in GHEE.
Cooperated with ITI(Industrial Training Institute ) in development of Dual system of studies one year program for existing unskilled workers of our 06 dairy plants.
