4.culverts, underpass, over bridge
5.making temporary diversion for access
• Necessary construction permits and timely submit applications; follow-up review process to ascertain and receive approval.
• Site Mobilization.
• Initiating kick-off meetings.
• Reviewing of specifications, project documents.
• Initiating site activities upon approvals from the client.
• Getting done mix design & its approval from the client.
• Managing site running expenses, accounting.
• Coordinating with Consultant at the site for the day to day activities.
• Coordinating with sub-contractors for quality works as per schedule.
• Checking of sub-contractors bills.
• Knowledge of safety norms and implementation at site.
• Day to day reporting to Project Manager.
• Following the correct sequence of work.
• Discussing site requirement to project managers.
• Attending discussions with RE regarding related site issues review and resolve Subcontractor comments and Implement at the site with PMs Approval.
• Periodical meeting with Sub-contractors to resolve the issues, stimulate site progress, etc...
• Attending all punch points as per client requirements.
• Accurately prepared and completed submittal logs for project specifications and drawings
• Attending technical and all progress meetings.
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.
• Supervising Projects: external contractors and sub-contractors.
• Applying personal technical knowledge and experience to the development and delivery of technical training for graduate engineers.
• Coordinating in Final inspection by Client / Consultant.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & specifications.
• Provide Technical support and solve all Site technical issues to ensure completion of projects.
• Planning and execution day to day work at the site with a deadline.
• Before consultant inspection, conducting internal inspections for Civil works.
• Producing and processing financial measurements.
• Preparing inquiry and order documents.
• Maintenance of daily records.
• Coordinating between MEP and Civil Drawings at the site.
• Timely raise inspections and coordinate with a consultant for approval.
• Maintain communication with general contractors and suppliers
• Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams, and contractors’ representatives during construction.
• Carrying out site visits and surveys.
• Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties.
• Ensuring that building rags, DM & any other regulatory body sign off is achieved.
• Ordering machinery and materials.
• Attending technical and progress meetings.
• Prepare records of allocation of resources, labor rate analysis and cost control in consultation with Project Manager / Project Engineer / Construction Manager to ensure adherence to project budgets.
• Carry out the specified inspections (in coordination with the QA Engineer, where applicable) ensure quality records are maintained and signed - off by the Project Manager / Construction Manager / Consultants / Client. (Including the works of the Subcontractors. ) To ensure that all legal and specified project records are in place at the end of the project for handover to the client or consultant as per their contractual entitlement.
• Assist and ensure all surveying work i.e. building demarcation, levels & grids etc, as well as all other existing and future installations are sufficiently coordinated thus allowing efficient execution of the programmed of works and advance identification of special conditions that will require enhanced construction planning.
• Review the performance of the Site Development, Inspection of site work, Inspection of Supervisors, Foreman, staff and Labors and also initiate on job training programs according to demonstrated needs.
• Responsible for daily site quantity calculation in order to forecast the material requirement, labor requirement plant and equipment’s. Also responsible to raise purchase requisitions for the above requirements duty approved by Project Manager or his designate.
• Assist and implement quality and safety procedures in the project as per the company safety policy.
• Attend meetings and discuss project details with clients, contractors, asset owners .
• Trained three new employees in a supervisory capacity to take over similar projects and aid company expansion
• Perform drafting according to specifications; ensured compliance with all project QA procedures and requirements
• Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.

Departments for design changes and variations for cost savings.
