• • A HS&E focal point in the Middle East, maintaining acceptable standards of personal competency, continual improvement, function best practice and technical excellence
• the general HS&E requirements for the Middle East business and other areas appropriate to the Company’s business activities
• support to the Middle East business in fully implementing the Doosan Babcock HS&E business operating procedures and address HS&E needs of the business creating local interface procedures as appropriate

• induction, orientation and training to new/ existing Doosan Babcock personnel in terms of HS&E relevant requirements,
• implementation of the HS&E planning process in advance of mobilisation for events and projects, supporting the Middle East business to produce the key scope specific documented HS&E deliverables
