• Ensure that SEVEN HSSE requirements and all applicable KSA laws and regulations are followed by all concerned parties at the Site.

• Review and approve the Contractor's critical plans, including but not limited to Traffic Management Plan, Environmental Management Plan, Waste Management Plan, Security Management Plan, Emergency Response
Plan, Site Mobilization Plan, Fire Safety Plan, and Fire Risk Assessment

•Inspect and monitor the Contractor's activities to ensure that all HSSE requirements are implemented and report any deficiencies/ non-conformity to the PMC.

• Inspect and monitor the Contractor's emergency preparedness and rescue arrangement and ensure compliance with SEVEN HSSE requirements.

• Conduct regular systems audit to assess the Contractor's compliance against HSSE and contractual requirements. Examples include health and safety audits, security audits, environmental audits, and Labor camp audits.

• Ensure that the Contractor develops and implements adequate HSSE awareness and training programs for staff and workforce.

• Review and approve all Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) before starting any activity at the Site.

• Report and investigate all incidents and breaches of the project HSSE requirements in accordance with SEVEN incident reporting proceed.

•Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites.

• Safety Performance, KPI, Dashboard and Trend analysis, lead Accident investigation process

• Identify any specific job/task related Safety Training needed for the employees and recommend Project Operation Manager and Corporate HSSE Director• Develops and conducts employee training, emergency preparedness and assures the quality of programs.

• Monitors and prevents hazards and diseases that could be present in the work area.

• Investigates accidents, injuries, and complaints concerning hazards in the workplace.

• Recommends improvements in processes, design, procedures, and operating equipment's to minimize hazards.

• Uses independent judgment and discretion in data analysis and problem resolution.

• Maintains expert knowledge of specific government agency requirements

• Safety Program / Safety Manual is complied with and used appropriately
• Ensure Proper PPE s (Personal Protective Equipment) are issued & implemented by project management, worn by all on work.
• Work areas are inspected routinely and frequently as required & communicate safety tips on tasks.
• Notify the identified sources of risk & develop and implement procedures to minimize risks and potential effects.
• Induction training programs are conducted prior to admitting employees to work
• Ensure and guide the supervisors conducting Tool Box meetings periodically at least weekly Mock Fire Drills and Evacuation Drills are conducted periodically.
• Appropriate Medical First Aid is available for ready use.
• Appropriate Fire Fighting equipment’s are available and employees are trained for their operation procedures.

• All safety documentation is maintained and open for audits
• All aspects of incident prevention are taken care of and discussed with all employees for positive implementation.
• Accurate and updated site personnel particulars are maintained of all staff including Subcontractor personnel.

JOB PURPOSE& DUTIES:
• Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly project S.H.E. statistics; monthly S.H.E. achievement; monthly emergency (fire) drill report; and monthly incident tracking register are prepared and documented for future references.
• Actively participate in performing HSSE audits of contractor and subcontractors in accordance with specified client’s requirements and perform additional audits, where necessary.
• Ensure that valid Permit-To-Work form duly signed by the contractor’s construction manager is available on site before the commencement of any routine and non-routine task(s) on pipeline right of way (R.O.W).
• Inspections to supervise safe working methods, effectiveness & adequacy of system.

JOB PURPOSE&DUTIES
Prepare HSE plan, HSE manual, emergency procedures & response plans for brown and green field projects, monthly HSE statistics reports, monthly HSE (First Aiders, Fire Marshals and Drivers) meetings, quarterly fire drill reports, yearly HSE performance and setting yearly HSE objectives.
- Ensure that all employees having PPE.
- Daily monitoring & observing the site to identify the unsafe behavior and unsafe condition.
- Inspection of all tools, electrical equipment's, Fire equipment's & all machineries before starting of every work
- To ensure daily training is given TOLLBOX
- Ensure availability of First aid kits and Fire extinguishers at all work places
