- Greeting and assisting the customers as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and the merchandise.
- Providing the highest level of care to customers
- Completing weekly reports such as top 50 Report and Zero Sales Report.
- Operating Cashier Services such as (ring up and bag all items while promoting store sales and other offers designed to facilitate customer retention).
- Update hourly and daily targets.
- Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments (stockroom layout, garment sensors, display)
- Display all items on the sales floor in accordance with Zara visual standards to maximize sales

- In charge of organizing the layout of our store and our clothing in order to facilitate the customer’s shopping experience
