• Monitor all the team`s progress, identify shortcoming and propose improvements.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• Deal directly with customers and respond promptly to their inquiries.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
