• Coordinate with purchase department, suppliers and other stakeholders about scheduled orders.
• Set an organized and scheduled plan to make sure that all required orders come on time.
• Review import documents and follow any corrections or ratification with related parties.
• Make sure that import documents are delivered on time for clearance and for archiving.
•Issue export documents and make sure that orders are delivered to customers on time.
• Monitor shipments through efficient communication with all related parties and through updating relevant database on time.
• Communicate with all sales, inventory and Warehouse team about delivery and any modifications on schedule.
• Evaluate supply chain related risks and participate in proper responses.
• Evaluate performance of transporters, clearance agents and lead towards higher efficiency.
• Keep a record of all correspondence, import, and export documents.
• Monitor food safety and quality requirement.
•Issuing export documents and make sure that orders are delivered on time
